The rules for using PosterAI and its creative tools.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. The service
PosterAI provides tools that help people create marketing content, including text, images, video, layouts, and related creative assets. Features, available providers, pricing, and usage limits may change as the service evolves.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use PosterAI for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
3. Your content and generated output
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and transform that content solely to operate, secure, and improve PosterAI.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review every output before publishing, selling, advertising, relying on it, or sharing it with others. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the output is lawful and appropriate for your business.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use PosterAI to harm others, break the law, or abuse the service. In particular, you may not:
- submit content that you do not have the right to use;
- create fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content;
- attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, payments, or security measures;
- interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or overload our infrastructure; or
- use PosterAI in a way that violates another platform’s terms or another person’s rights.
5. Payments, credits, and subscriptions
Paid plans, one-time credits, prices, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
You can cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal to prevent future charges. Credit use, cancellation, and refund eligibility are governed by the terms shown at checkout and by applicable law. For a billing question, contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can help.
6. Third-party services
PosterAI relies on third-party infrastructure, payment, storage, authentication, and AI-generation providers. Your use of features offered by those providers may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or acts outside our reasonable control.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep PosterAI available and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to address security, legal, operational, or provider issues.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosterAI is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific business result. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elit Virtual LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to PosterAI is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before that claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these limits may not apply to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PosterAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
