What can I make with PosterAI?

Will PosterAI keep my product and logo accurate?
PosterAI starts with your product photo. When a product cutout is available, we generate the background and place the original product on top. You can add your actual logo and edit colours, copy and layout. Check fine details before publishing; image-editing output can vary when a cutout is unavailable.
Can I try PosterAI before paying?
Yes. The Starter plan has a 3-day trial with 50 trial tokens and downloadable output. A card is required. It costs $69 per month after the trial unless you cancel before day four. There is also a separate free poster maker on this site that needs no account or card.
Do I need design skills?
No. You start from your product photo, choose a direction and then edit the words, colours, logo and layout yourself.
Which platforms does PosterAI write for?

Can PosterAI write in my language?

Do my paid credits expire?
No. Tokens from paid plans and purchased top-ups stay in your balance until you use them, even after you cancel. Unused free trial tokens end with the 3-day trial.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
Starter and Pro are recurring plans. A 500-token top-up is a one-time purchase available while your plan is active; buying one does not create another subscription. Checkout shows the price and renewal terms before you commit.
How do I stop a subscription renewal?
After subscribing, open Account > Profile & settings > Manage subscription in PosterAI to cancel in Stripe before the next renewal. If you cannot access it, contact billing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is separate from a refund request.
What happens if I need a refund or support?
Open a refund or billing support ticket in your account and follow the replies there. Include the payment date and what went wrong. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms. You can also reach us at partners@my5thstar.com.
