PosterAI is operated by Elit Virtual LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the PosterAI website, app, support channels, and related services.

The information we process depends on how you use PosterAI. It can include:

• account and profile details, such as your email address, display name, and business information you choose to provide;
• content you submit or save, such as prompts, uploaded media, brand details, generated content, and support messages;
• payment and billing status supplied by our payment provider; we do not store complete payment-card details; and
• technical, diagnostic, security, and usage information needed to run, protect, and improve the service.

We use information to provide requested features, create and deliver AI-generated content, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, protect our systems, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

To provide AI features, we may send the minimum content needed for a requested generation to the selected AI provider. We also use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, payments, monitoring, and support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy practices.

If you use PosterAI’s optional command bar, the words you type and limited details from your current app screen are sent to OpenRouter and DeepSeek to understand your requested actions. If you use the microphone, your recording is sent to Groq to turn speech into text. We do not save the raw recording to your PosterAI account. These providers may process or retain information under their own policies, so avoid sharing sensitive details you do not want sent to them.

When you ask the assistant to check or improve a poster, an image of that poster is sent to Google Gemini. For assistant requests that do not work, we keep up to 160 characters of the request for up to 30 days to help fix the problem, after automatically redacting recognized e-mail addresses and phone-number patterns. For successful requests, we record the outcome, actions used, timing, and app screen, but not the request’s words. Products you add to your product list (including ones imported from your online shop’s public product pages) and preferences you ask the assistant to remember are saved in your account until you delete them.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide PosterAI, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate operational needs require it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong unique password and do not share your account credentials.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also opt out of non-essential promotional messages through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

PosterAI may be operated from and use providers in countries other than your own, which can involve international transfers of information. PosterAI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. We will update the date on this page when we do. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated policy, where permitted by law.
